The vehicle has an internal combustion engine, an electrical generator, an energy storage unit and an electric motor. The catalyzer warm-up controller/regulator has a temp. detector for detecting the temp. of a catalyser or a related value, a first comparator circuit for comparing the detected temp. with a predefined reference value and a control circuit to enable the generator to produce electrical energy and storage of the energy when the combustion engine is working and the temp. value is lower then the reference value.
