A white light-reflecting or fluorescent band (3) is connected at one end to a non-reflecting band (4) or to a red light-reflecting or fluorescent band (5). An elastic band (2) is connected to one of the two free ends of the light-reflecting bands, and the free end of the elastic band has a snap connector or hook part (1). The free end of one of the reflective bands has a lock (6) corresponding to the hook part. The band can also be used as a deer scarer.
