PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve energy conversion efficiency. SOLUTION: A vibration unit block 2 is bent in a radial direction and the outermost circumferential parts 24 of bending displacement mechanism parts 22 are brought into line contact with a rotary moving unit 1. With this constitution, a maximum torque can be obtained and an energy loss can be smaller in comparison with the case of whole surface contact. As a result, the efficiency of the energy conversion from the vibration unit to the rotary moving unit can be improved. |
