摘要 PURPOSE: A clamping device of an optical disk is provided to manufacture a clamp by molding a plate as one body, to prevent eccentricity of the clamp by using a rotation of a spindle motor while clamping the optical disk, thereby reducing a cost as well as simplifying a structure. CONSTITUTION: A spindle motor(40) supplies a driving force for rotating an optical disk, and is fixed on a bracket(12) on the top of a deck base(10). On a rotating axis(40a) of the spindle motor(40), a turn table(42) is clamped. The turn table(42) has a magnet(42a) on the top thereof, to set a hub of the optical disk. Portions of the rotating axis(40a) are projected for a surface of the turn table(42). On an upper side of the turn table(42), a guide clamp(44) is located. The guide clamp(44) is fixed by a cover plate coupled with a case. A clamping device is inserted to an insertion hole(44a) formed in the guide clamp(44). The clamp device clamps or unclamps the optical disk on the turn table(42). The clamping device is composed of a clamper(46) and a magnetic substance(48). On an outer circumference of the clamper(46), a hooking end(46a) is formed not to be separated from the insertion hole(44a). On a lower center of the clamper(46), portions of the rotating axis(40a) are inserted to install an eccentricity prevention groove(46b) for preventing eccentricity for the turn table(42) while clamping the optical disk.
