PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device using an electromechanical conversion element for being easily miniaturized without lowering a driving speed even at the time of prolonging a stroke by providing a friction guide part for elastically clamping and frictionally engaging the expansion part of a driving friction member inside a cylinder hole of the outer cylinder member. SOLUTION: For this driving device, an inner unit 20 is housed in the outer unit and both are relatively moved. For an element fixing unit 2, the recessed part 6b of a tip presser 6 is fixed to the tip part 2a and it freely slidably supports the driving friction member 3. That is, shaft parts 3a and 3b at both ends of the driving friction member 3 are inserted to the through-hole 2b of the element fixing unit 2 and the through-hole 6a of the tip presser 6. The expansion part 3c of the driving friction member 3 is expanded to an outer side of a side face of the element fixing unit 2. Further, the expansion part 3c of the driving friction member 3 expanded to the outer side of the side face of the element fixing unit 2 pushes and spreads a leaf spring. Thus, the leaf spring is elastically deformed and is brought into press contact with the driving friction member 3. |
