PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely detect a clamping deviation when the object to be worked (work) is deviated in any direction of the X, Y directions. SOLUTION: Before a working region 10a is worked with clamping a work 10 by a clamp bar, detection holes at starting 31aa, 31ab are formed in a clamp deviation detection part 30a of the work 10 as well as detection boies at starting 31ba, 31bb in a clamp deviation detection part 30b, successively the working regions are worked. Further, detection holes after working completion 33aa, 33ab are formed in the clamp deviation in the clamp deviation detection part 30a as well as detection holes after working completion 33ba, 33bb in the clamp deviation detection part 30b, successively, the deviation between images of both detection parts each other is obtained.
