PURPOSE: A folding device is provided to prevent shaking of an auxiliary seat by vibration generated from driving and occurrence of interference between a leg and a floor mat when a rear seat slides. CONSTITUTION: A device for folding of an auxiliary seat includes a hinge frame(10) to connect an auxiliary seat(4) and a rear seat frame, an auxiliary seat frame(40) installed in the bottom of the auxiliary seat, a hinge bearing(20) and a linkage(30) connecting to fold the auxiliary seat frame to the hinge frame, a locking lever(60) to fix the auxiliary seat unfolded as fixing the linkage, and a leg(50) to support the unfolded auxiliary seat on a mat of the floor. The shaking by vibration from driving is prevented as the auxiliary seat is supported to fold by the hinge bearing and the linkage. Especially, the auxiliary seat is fixed in unfolded condition by the locking lever, and occurrence of shaking is restrained maximum.
