摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photothermal lens type sample analyzer being high in measurement/detection sensitivity, dispensing with the alignment of the heating beam of a local heating light source and laser probing beam, not generating deviation in the coincidence condition of heating beam and probing beam even if moved, and enabling to miniaturize itself. SOLUTION: A photothermal lens type sample analyzer is constituted so as to employ such a structure that all of the light paths 23, 25 to a sample 21 from a local heating laser beam source 22 and a probing beam source 24 are formed by optical fibers made into one on the way of the light paths, the light path 27 to a photodetector from the sample is also formed by an optical fiber, the leading ends of the sample region of both optical fibers opposed to the sample are subjected to lens processing, and the leading ends of both optical fibers subjected to lens processing at the sample region are allowed to coincide with each other in optical axis and to be mutually faced through a desired distance.
