PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently mass-produce a simple circular knitted bag by knitting a cylindrical circular knitted fabric while providing a pair of welding tapes to the front and rear surfaces of the region where a bag bottom part must be formed of the cylindrical tubular knitted fabric to mutually weld and fix the same before dividing the inner area part of the welded and fixed part. SOLUTION: When a simple circular knitted bag H used as a dripping garbage bag for the sink of a kitchen is produced, at first, a cylindrical tubular knitted fabric F having tab structures S provided to both end parts thereof is knitted. Next, a plurality of the circular knitted fabrics F are arranged at a predetermined interval and a pair of welding tapes T, T are applied to the front and rear surfaces of the middle parts of the circular knitted fabrics F and weld thereto under heating to mutually weld and fix the fabrics of the central regions of the circular knitted fabrics F held between the welding tapes T, T. Thereafter, the welded and fixed part is cut C1 to divide each circular knitted fabric F into two parts and the discarding tab tapes T' remaining between the cut circular knitted fabrics F are cut off to obtain the simple circular knitted bag H consisting of a bag body part 1 and a bag bottom part 2.
