PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically perform dialing by using a memory dialing function without making a user the aware of whether a communication opposite part exists in the same country or not even when only single communication opposite side information is registered with respect to each communication opposite party. SOLUTION: An internal memory 13 is provided memory 13 is provided with an address book table for making a nation flag by country for expressing a communicating opposite destination correspond to a telephone number and a nation where the communication opposite party exists and registering them. A call-originating processing part 16 compares the nation flag by country of the communication opposite party selected by a memory dialing function with a line-connectable country obtained from an RF module 2 and when they are coincident, the part 16 judges a call originating to be domestic calling and dials a telephone number as it is which is registered in the address book table. On the other hand, when they are not coincident, the part 16 judges the call to be international telephone and adds an international code, a nation number to the telephone number registered in the address book table for dialing.
