PAPER SHEETS TREATING APPARATUS

A paper sheet treating apparatus is provided to prevent damage to a paper sheet by drawing the paper sheet without directly pressing the door by the paper money. A paper sheet receipt and payment device(1) includes a main body(2), a receipt slot(3), a return slot(4), and a discharge slot(5). A paper money(S) is set in a horizontal direction. The return slot stacks the paper money in a horizontal direction. The receipt slot, the return slot, and the discharge slot are installed at an upper portion of a front surface of the main body. A temporary holding unit(6) is installed inside the main body. An identification unit(7) is included to identify whether the paper money is normal based on a plurality of determination items.
