PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently diffuse reflected light, to attain uniform surface lighting with high frontal brightness and to obtain excellent flattening property, heat and chemical resistance by incorporating a copolymer of unsaturated carboxylic acids, epoxy group containing unsaturated compounds and specific olefinic unsaturated compounds and a light diffusion substance. SOLUTION: The resinous composition for a light diffusion film contains a copolymer [A] of unsaturated carboxylic acids and/or unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydrides (a1), epoxy group containing unsaturated compounds (a2) and olefinic unsaturated compounds (a3) other than monomers (a1) and (a2), and a light diffusion substance [B]. The copolymer [A] is obtained by copolymerizing unsaturated carboxylic acids and/or unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydrides (a1), epoxy group containing unsaturated compounds (a2) and olefinic unsaturated compounds (a3) other than monomers (a1) and (a2). The light diffusion substance [B] has a function to diffuse reflected light and to heighten the frontal brightness of a liquid crystal display panel. |
