PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastomer round belt which are set between pulleys so as to be used as a drive or carrier member, which is improved in bending resistance so as to prevent the belt from cracking at an earlier stage, particularly in a gate part or a weld part thereof, and further to prevent the belt from being broken in the gate part or the weld part thereof. SOLUTION: A round belt 8 is formed of elastomer made of an urethane material using pellets which are obtained by kneading a material containing at least composed of polyol constituting a soft segment, a chain extender constituting a hard segment, and isocyanate, and in which the amount of unreacting isocyanate is set to be not more than 0.1% based on the weight of the pellets.
