摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid generation of a misfire even when an intake air quantity adjusting device is abnormal and maintain a deceleration state of an internal combustion engine by inhibiting a fuel cut when a catalyst of an exhaust system is at a high temperature, controlling intake air quantity according to the rotational speed and correcting an intake air control quantity map based on the actual air quantity. SOLUTION: When an engine speed NE is larger than a decision reference value NEref, a deceleration condition is decided (S302) and an idling speed control valve(ISCV) opening DOP is set based on the present engine speed NE by referring to a map when the deceleration condition is formed (S303). Whether the present engine load KLSM is less than a lower limit value L1 or not is decided (S305). In this case, ISCV opening DOP is increased and a value of the map corresponding to the present engine speed is corrected by using the DOP after the correction (S306). When the engine load KLSM is the lower limit value L1 or more, whether the present engine load KLSM exceeds a lower limit value L2 or not is decided (S307). When the engine load KLSM does not exceed the lower limit value L2, the ISCV opening DOP is reduced and the map is corrected.
