PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for transfer onto an object such as a plate which makes it unnecessary to print and prepare a transfer sheet for each size of the object even when the size of the object varies, in regard to a method for transfer on the object by one transfer sheet. SOLUTION: This method for transfer onto an object 9 such as a plate uses one transfer sheet of which the pattern in the central part is made common and the sizes of the patterns in the peripheral parts are varied according to the size of the object. Even when the size of the object 9 varies, therefore, it is unnecessary to print and prepare the transfer sheet for each size of the object 9. Besides, one transfer sheet suffices even in the case when the size of the object 9 varies, and thus the process is simple.
