PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute liquid contact in an extremely preferable state of an adhesive by forming a plane-like electric field in the space between reflecting films before superposing optical disks at the time of sticking them and applying the electric field until mutually facing adhesives come into liquid contact. SOLUTION: A vertically moving shaft 6 is elevated to elevate the electrode 1 combined an electrode and a supporting means, and two electrodes 1 and 2 are approached each other. When approaching up to a fixed distant place, a switch 3 is closed at a contact point 3a, a voltage from a DC power source 4 is applied between the electrodes 1 and 2, and the prescribed voltage is applied between the reflecting films A' and B' of optical disk substrates A and B. Thus, an electric field is formed in the space between both reflecting films, liquid films (a) and (b) of an adhesive have an inverse electric charge each other, and the tip end part presents a tapering tendency because of the liquid films drawing each other. The attracting force by the electric field becomes a maximum when both liquid films come into liquid contact, and the area is largely reduced at an instant both liquid films come into contact.
