PRODUCTION PLANT FOR SPRAYING MATERIAL OF BENTONITE MIXED SOIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily achieve simplification while preventing the generation of dust by automating the feed of bentonite in a spraying material production plant which conveys bentonite mixed soil made by mixing bentonite with sand and gravel, as a spraying material to a sprayer. SOLUTION: This plant is provided with a bentonite hopper 21 in addition to a sand hopper 6 and a gravel hopper 7. The sand hopper 6 and the gravel hopper 7 are connected to a forced kneading mixer 8 with a weighing device via a belt conveyer 1 and the bentonite hopper 21 is connected to the forced kneading mixer 8 via a vertical belt conveyer 22 so that each material can be fed to the kneading mixer 8. Furthermore, the forced kneading mixer 8 is connected to a sprayer 10 via a belt conveyer 2 so that the materials can be conveyed to the sprayer 10.
