PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the convenience of a folding bench for two persons by attaching, for the first time, a small table between two seats by making it folded to store. SOLUTION: Frames 2 and 3 of seat face, backrest, and the like, are formed with a tubular material made of metal or resin. A table 4 with a prescribed shape is attached to the middle front of the seat frame 2 freely rotatably, held horizontally with support means 5 and 40, and made foldable in accordance with folding and storing of the bench 1 by operating the support means 5 and 40, which use a through pin to lock the rotation or a prop member 5 composed of broken-link member, or comprise elastic rod member, and the like.
