PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of the predictive read of a storage means by predicting and generating the next read address for each inputted status information and reading information from the storage means according to the obtained read address. SOLUTION: When the read of command data from a CPU 31 is ended and a ROM 34 is not accessed from the CPU 31, the predictive read of the command data is started. After the predictive read is ended, an access status from the CPU 31 is a command and individual addresses and the output of a command address latch are compared in a comparator. When they match, a controller does not newly access the ROM 34 and data latched in the command data latch pass through a bus driver and get on a data bus by the fact that COE signals form the controller immediately become active. In such a manner, the next read address is predicted and generated for each inputted status information and the information is read from the storage means according to the read address. |
