PURPOSE: A method for offering a moving picture advertisement using an internet banner advertisement and an e-mail is provided to increase the effect of the advertisement by executing the moving picture when the banner advertisement is clicked, and to make the web site for displaying the advertisement automatically returned to the web site for including the banner advertisement to be clicked. CONSTITUTION: A user accesses a web site via the internet, and then inputs his/her personal information such as a member's name and a password. When the icon displayed on the banner advertisement is clicked, the moving picture is executed. After the execution of the moving picture is ended, a login procedure is automatically performed. After the personal information is inputted, the user may move to a web site when the user clicks a move icon for the web site displayed on the banner advertisement. If a predetermined time is expired after the move to the web site, the user can automatically move to the original web site that introduces the banner advertisement.
