发明名称 LATENT HEAT STORAGE TYPE HOT AIR HEATER USING HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE
摘要 PURPOSE: A latent heat storage type hot air heater is provided to transmit heat in the same shape without a container while the phase is converted to a liquid phase and by directly contacting a heat medium and an HDPE(high density polyethylene) latent heat material. CONSTITUTION: A latent heat storage type hot air heater comprises two heat storage tanks(3) filled with HDPE bundles(4) in a height direction and filled with heat mediums between the bundles; and a hot air channel(10) installing a heat exchange fin between the storage tanks. Air is discharged to an exhaust port from a fan(6) through the hot air channel. A heater(5) heats the tanks during a midnight electricity time and a damper(11) blocks the channel during the heating to prevent heat loss. The surface of the HDPE is bridged chemically so that the shape is not changed even while a phase is converted. Thus, a container is unnecessary for the latent heat material and heat is directly transmitted with the heat medium.
