PURPOSE: A trimming device is provided to reduce the number of resistors for trimming by setting the values of a plurality of resistors for trimming differently to each other and allow to short agin after opening a trimming part, thereby decreasing the area of a pattern required in an integrated device. CONSTITUTION: In a trimming device, a reference resistor(R20) is provided. A plurality of resistors(R21-R2m) for trimming have different values to each other and are serial-connected to the reference resistor. A plurality of trimming device(T21-T2m) are parallel-connected to the respective resistors for trimming respectively. The plurality of trimming device opens the resistors for the trimming and allows to short again in the state of opening the resistors for trimming. Metal fuses and diodes are parallel-connected to the respective resistors for trimming respectively.
