PURPOSE: A meat broiling device is provided to improve the taste of meat by impregnating with the odor of an aromatic tree and to remove the fat generated from meat during broiling. CONSTITUTION: A broiling device comprises an upper plate(2) put by food; a broil plate(10) having plural holes discharging the fat generated from meat; a brazier support unit(4) supporting a brazier and having a fat discharge unit(12); a roller for moving(9) including plural legs(7) extended to the lower direction of the brazier support unit and formed on the lower portion of the leg. The fat generated from meat is flowed to the brazier support unit through the holes and discharged through the fat discharge unit.
