PURPOSE: A method for ordering and contracting stocks automatically through communication network is provided to input condition for buying, to support day trading by supporting reverse auction. CONSTITUTION: A stocks ordering client(100) inputs terms for selling or buying stocks using the internet. A client sending/receiving server(110) sends order terms to a stocks order/contract management server if a conditional selling/buying standard price is not exist, sends an order terms to a stocks automatic order server if a conditional selling/buying standard price is exist. The stocks automatic order server(120) compares a real time prices of stocks, a selling/buying order is sends if an order terms is satisfied. A stocks order/contract result managing server(140) manages a stocks order and contract information according to a client. The Korea stocks computation sending/receiving server(130) sends/receives data to the Korea stocks computation system in real time. A mail sending server(150) sends a stock contract result to the clients by the internet or a mobile mail.
