OZONE DISSOLVED DECOMPOSITION WATER ABUNDANT IN FREE RADICAL HAVING STRONG OXIDABILITY

PURPOSE: Provided is an ozone-dissolved decomposition water, which is abundant in free radicals and has excellent oxidability by dissolving purified ozone made from an ozone-generator in distilled water or purified water. The ozone-dissolved decomposition water is effective on skin care. CONSTITUTION: The ozone-dissolved decomposition water for skin care is prepared by the following steps of: (a) aerating ozone in a distilled water or purified water until its concentration reaches 0.01 - 0.42 mmg/l (the first stage : concentration of 0.02-0.2 mmg/l(normal). the second stage : concentration of 0.01-0.42mmg/l(specific); and stopping aeration then stabilizing them for 1 - 2 minutes. During stabilization thereof, free radicals become abundant therein.
