PURPOSE: A disentanglement preventing anchor bolt is provided to easily fix the anchor bolt and pull out the anchor bolt from a concrete structure, and to prevent the damage of the circumference of the part where the anchor bolt is fixed. CONSTITUTION: A disentanglement preventing anchor bolt includes a sleeve(10) having a hollow part(12) for inserting a hanger bolt(20), a screw thread(11) formed in the outer peripheral surface to be coupled with a basic hole of a concrete structure, a cut and opened piece(14) formed by cut and coupling grooves(13) for being inserted into the basic hole, and a bolt head(15) for being easily fixed in a screw method; and the hanger bolt disposed toward the cut and opened piece, having a cylindrical head part(21) stretching the cut and opened piece, and having a tightening nut(23) coupled with a nut hole of the sleeve for being coupled with a bolt shaft(22) protruded from the bolt head at a fixed length.
