PURPOSE: A symbiosis site is provided to analyze variable public opinion included in personal information by reprocessing membership information about all social issues when a member is registrated, to obtain the characteristic of the member by being monitored activity of the member. CONSTITUTION: All issues having political and economic things, accidents and things about persons are discussed in real time. An evaluation of the issues can evaluate about a number of discussion notice thing and a notice thing, respectively. A statistics of each issue about all issues are analyzed by the evaluation of the notice thing. An important ratio of the issues is obtained by the evaluation of the notice thing and an inclination of public opinion about the issues is obtained by the evaluation of the self inclination about the issues.
