MICROWAVE OVEN AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A microwave oven is provided to receive a cooking data through an outer device connected to internet and to cook with the received cooking data. CONSTITUTION: A microwave oven comprises an outer device connected to Internet, an interface unit(510) connected with the outer device to receive a signal of data shape, a display unit(21) to indicate the data received from the outer device, a storage unit to contain an input data through the interface, an internet key input unit(530) having a data processing key, and a microcomputer(500) storing the processed data into the storage unit. The microcomputer indicates the input data into the display unit and cooks while the data is input from the interface. In addition, the microcomputer reserves a specific cooking condition data and controls an actuation according to a selected data processing key while the data processing key is selected. The microwave oven(400) engages with an outer device connecting to Internet as a personal computer equipped on a communication program outputting a data received from the Internet browser and a web site into an output port. A user connects to a cooking web site and clicks contents having a data such as a cooking condition and cooking method. Thereby, the data is delivered to the personal computer and is input to the data input unit of the microwave oven through a serial port(352) by the communication program.
