PURPOSE: A garlic clove separator is provided to automatically separate a clove of a garlic for seeding without deterioration of the garlic with low cost. CONSTITUTION: The separator comprises a motor(10) having a perpendicular driving shaft (14), a cylinder(20) gradually widened from a garlic clove inlet(22) toward a garlic clove (62) outlet(24) that is fixed on a top face of a frame(16) to cover the outside of the driving shaft, a conic body(32) installed the outer circumference of the driving shaft leaving a fixed space from the inner circumference of the cylinder, and a screw conveyor(30) forming a screw-shaped wing(36) on the surface of the body to rush garlic cloves. A shaft hole of the conic body is fitted into the driving shaft and fixed by a nut(42) for the sliding removal of the garlic cloves. The diameter of the conic body becomes gradually widen from the top toward the bottom to let the space between the inner circumference of the cylinder and the outer circumference of the screw conveyor get narrowed.
