PURPOSE: A steam hot-water boiler is provided to reduce fuel consumption and prevent the boiler from being corroded by improving the thermal efficiency and to prevent the bursting of a heat exchange tank and a heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: A steam hot-water boiler includes a heat exchange tank(10) incorporating a heat exchanger(11) and having an inlet(12) and an outlet(13), a steam boiler(30) supplying steam to the heat exchange tank through a steam supply pipe(20), a condensed water tank(60) recovering the waste steam through a steam recovering pipe(40) and supplying condensed water to the steam boiler through a condensed water supply pipe(50), and a pump(P) installed in the condensed water supply pipe. The steam hot-water boiler includes a plurality of discharge pipes(70) having inflow holes in the steam supply pipe and communicated with the lower part of the heat exchange tank at regular intervals longitudinally, a venturi nozzle incorporated in the discharge pipes while being communicated with the inflow holes, solenoid valve(S) installed in the inlet of the discharge pipes,the heat exchanger tank filled with water to be mixed with steam, and a water level control tube(16) installed in the upper part of the heat exchange tank with an air vent(14) and a water level sensor(15).
