PURPOSE: A waterwheel spoon type powdered milk charging device is provided to precisely and speedily quantify an amount of powdered milk, reduce the exposure of the powdered milk in a powdered milk case and carry out the preparing milk for a baby clean. CONSTITUTION: A spoon in the shape of waterwheel for charging powdered milk is coupled in a square tube(14) of a complementary size formed in a charging part(18) of a powdered milk case, and includes an L-shaped handle(12) formed outside the inlet part of the milk case and connected to a central rotation shaft(16) of the waterwheel type spoon for rotating the waterwheel type spoon as pushed by a user, wherein each spoon element of the waterwheel type spoon is quantified and rotates in the clockwise direction for charging the powdered milk by a uniform amount.
