PURPOSE: A system for offering road information, driving training and safety driving point is provided to reduce the cost for driving training and facilitate acquisition of driving license by teaching about specification and performance of a vehicle and prevention of a traffic accident. CONSTITUTION: A manager terminal(1) connects to a manager server and updates all sorts of data, and manages a server. An internet user terminal(2) connects the manager terminal(1) and joins to the membership and plays a game. A cooperation enterprise terminal(3) connects the manager terminal(1) and offers all sorts of data needed to playing of the game. The manager terminal(1) includes an information input/output measure(11) inputting the information to a manger server(4) and updating all sorts of information, and outputting the information. A member managing system(10) receives information for personal station and endows an ID and password. A driving state perceiving measure(30) receives the information for driver's actions performing during the game. A voice and body smell perceiving measure(40) receives the information for driver's language and smell generated during the game.
