PURPOSE: A valve having a by-pass unit is provided to discharge fluid of an inlet side to an outlet side in a by-pass manner while a by-pass oil path of a valve body is opened by an initial motion rotating a handle. CONSTITUTION: A valve having a by-pass unit includes a valve body(3) having an inlet(1) and an outlet(2), a disk(4) for opening and shutting an oil path of the valve body, a valve stem(6) moving vertically according to the rotation of a handle(5) and a T-hole for inserting a T-shaped part of the valve stem. The height of the T-hole is higher than the thickness of the T-shaped part. An inflow path communicating with the inlet is formed on a side wall of the T-hole and a connection path is formed vertically on a lower portion of the T-hole. The connection path has a discharge path, which communicates with the outlet, formed on the other side of the connection path. An opening unit is elastically mounted on a lower portion of the connection path for opening and shutting the connection path.
