PURPOSE: Disclosed is a drum-type dehydrator for separating only pollutants from high concentrated wastewater and leachate effectively, in which hot steam is injected only between an outer drum(14) and an inner drum(13) for increasing thermal efficiency. Also, settled sludge at the bottom of a storage tank(11) is directly fed onto the surface of the outer drum through a spraying means(21) for the improvement of drying efficiency. CONSTITUTION: Suspended solids in wastewater are attached onto the outer surface of the outer drum of which lower half is immersed in wastewater. In case sludge is settled at the bottom part of the storage tank, settled sludge is additionally sprayed onto the outer surface of the outer drum by a pump(23). Hot steam is supplied to space between the outer drum and the inner drum, and attached pollutants on the outer surface of the outer drum are dried. Generated steam is discharged to outer atmosphere through a port(28) formed on top of a housing(10) after purification, and dried pollutants are removed by a knife(24).
