PURPOSE: A honey processing method that dries liquid honey and makes the honey into a solid state like sugar is provided for the instant honey product handy to carry and capable of being stored for a long time. CONSTITUTION: The honey processing system comprises an injecting part controlling a liquid honey injecting device, a drying part controlling a device drying the injected liquid honey, a forming part controlling a honey forming device during the drying process, a collecting part controlling a device collecting the dried solid honey and packing the resulting honey, and a main processing part automating the whole process that is programmed in a computer. The honey forming device has forming containers composed of a plurality of irregularities where diluted liquid honey is put in. The solid honey is prepared by adjusting an amount of liquid honey and diluting the honey by adding some water, supplying the honey in the forming containers, drying the honey by applying heat to the containers with controlling the temperature and the drying time, and collecting and packing the dried solid honey. |
