PURPOSE: A method for measuring and managing eyesight and eye function using the internet is provided to perform inspection of an eyesight and eye function with a low cost by preventing change in quality of an eyesight table according to a long term use and updating new inspection method for eyesight successively. CONSTITUTION: A user receives basic program for inspecting of an eyesight and eye function from a web server of a company connected to the internet through off-line or on-line for performing an inspection of an eyesight and eye function(S300), and performs basic inspection of an eyesight and eye function(S301). The data of basic inspection of an eyesight and eye function are sends to a web server(S302), and stores the data to a client DB(S303). If the data were requested for managing of personal eyesight, the inspection fee is free(S305). If the data were requested for using an ophthalmic function measuring measure, the cost is requested, and the data are sent to an ophthalmic hospital or an optician(S307). If new and useful inspection method is developed(S308), the method is sent to an ophthalmic hospital or an optician with paying the cost. |
