HEAT INSULATING TANK AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A heat insulating tank is provided to prevent a heat insulating part from cracking due to long-time thermal expansion and contraction as well as to keep safety and durability regular even in long-time running. CONSTITUTION: Glass wool(12) between space bars(11) is closely adhered to the outer circumference of a tank(10). A heat insulating part(13) is formed in a space portion between the glass wool and an exterior finish(14). To manufacture a heat insulating tank, the plural space bars are arranged radially on the outer circumference of the tank. The space bars are closely adhered to the outer circumference of the tank by a reinforcing band(15) mounted on the tank lengthwise. The glass wool is filled between the space bars along the outer circumference of the tank. An exterior finish(14) is fixed by the reinforcing band and polyurethane is injected into a space portion between the glass wool and the exterior finish.
