PURPOSE: A seat cover prevents a hot line heater spread therein from being disheveled and uniformly heats the cushion portion and the back portion of a seat, thereby making a person comfort on sitting on the seat. CONSTITUTION: A resisting hot line(2) is densely arranged and fixed on a base(1) where an adhesive is spread ed thereon. A cover(3) is mounted on the hot line(2). A heat generating body(5) where a thermostat for controlling temperature is electronically connected to the hot line(2) is inserted between the upper inner/outer covers(6,8) and the lower inner/outer covers(7,9) of a seat cover. Therefore, a pressure fusion portion(B) is integrally pressured and attached by heat on the periphery and the inside of the seat cover not to generate a movement therein.
