PURPOSE: Belt to exercise abdomen is provided wherein acupressure projection and magnet are entirely attached on multiple wheels to acupressure abdomen simultaneously on the center of each axis so that it raises acupressure effect. CONSTITUTION: The belt to exercise abdomen using acupressure projection and magnet is characterized by consisting of a wheel(3), an axis, a cover(5), a connection cover(9, 9-1) and a band connection cover(8, 8-1) wherein a grip(6, 6-1) is connected to a certain length of band attached to the band connection cover and used to be intersected in the front direction of users to exercise both arms and massage abdomen at the same time.
