METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR COMPLEMENTING SPENDING MONEY CARD BY AN OUTSIDER

PURPOSE: A method and system for complementing a spending money card by an outsider are provided to induce the user to use spending money efficiently and saving money by periodically by complementing the spending money. CONSTITUTION: A spending money complementing server(101) requests for drawing a virtual account and a spending money card at a spending money handling bank(113). A user(103) which could not use a cash/debit card receives a spending money by periods through the virtual account corresponding to the spending money card from an offerer as the parents. The user can buy commodities in on-line and off-line member stores using the spending money card. The spending money handling bank(113) endows the virtual account and transfers a spending money card and transmits information related to the virtual account and the spending money card to the spending money complementing server(101). If the user is connected to the spending money complementing server(101) and requests for drawing a spending money card, the spending money complementing server(101) endows the virtual account and transfers a spending money card to the user(103). The user(103) request for periodical depositing of money to the offerer(109). The offerer requests for moving a money for complementing a spending money to an offerer's dealing bank(117) by periods.
