FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, oncology, can be used in regional anti-tumor treatment of primary and metastatic liver cancer. Under ultra-sound control transhepatic catheterisation of portal vein is carried out. Chemical preparations are introduced into portal vein. Preliminarily in region of anterior liver edge laparotomy is made. Right or left branch of portal vein is punctuated intraoperationally. In portal vein trunk port catheter is installed. Port catheter tip is positioned at distance not less than 5 cm from portal vein fork. On the anterior liver edge around catheter ""-shaped stitch is applied. Catheter is tied round with free thread ends. Outer end of catheter is joined with port chamber and is implanted into subcutaneous adipose tissue. Chemical preparation is repeatedly introduced through skin through port chamber membrane. ^ EFFECT: method allows carrying out long-term and resumable therapy of liver malignant tumors, ensures prevention of artery-portal fistula, eliminates "non-target" supply of medication, traumatisation of main bile ducts and large vessels, as well as hemorrhagic complications due to reliable sealing of puncture hole and catheter fixation. ^ 1 ex |
