Thermoplastic compositions containing a thermoplastic matrix polymer (M), e.g. polyamide or styrene resin, and either (B1) a copolymer of ethylene with a functionalized, at least 5C alkyl (meth)acrylate or (B2) a mixture of (B2.1) a copolymer of ethylene with a non-functionalized, at least 5C alkyl (meth)acrylate and (B2.2) a functionalized impact modifier. Thermoplastic compositions comprising (A) 40-97 parts thermoplastic matrix polymer (M) selected from polyamides, polyamide block copolymers, fluoro-polymers, polycarbonate, styrene resins, polymethyl methacrylate, thermoplastic polyurethane, polyester-polyether block copolymers, polycarbonate-polyester blends, polyketones, PVC and ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymers and (B) 60-3 parts of (B1) a copolymer of ethylene and a functionalized, at least 5C alkyl (meth)acrylate or (B2) a mixture of (B2.1) a copolymer of ethylene and a non-functional, at least 5C alkyl (meth)acrylate and (B2.2) an impact modifier with a functional group.
