PURPOSE: A method for stabilizing a circuit when a starting is cut off, is provided to prevent a deterioration of a vehicle by discriminating clearly an on and off operations of a microprocessor corresponding to an on and off operation of a starting key. CONSTITUTION: A microprocessor is discriminated whether a starting key is turned on or turn off by measuring a voltage applied to an analog to digital converting terminal(AD8) and adapting a hysteresis to the analog to digital converter to perform a role of an on and off switch using any of voltage as references. If the measured voltage of the AD8 is the reference voltage or larger, the microprocessor is discriminated as the turn on of the stating key and is activated continuously and a mil lamp is maintained to turn on(s40,s50). If the measured voltage of the AD8 is the reference voltage or less, the microprocessor outputs a turn off signal of a voltage regulator through T2 terminal(s60). If the turn off signal of the voltage regulator is applied to IP6 terminal, the voltage regulator terminates a circuit operation and a peripheral circuit device and the microprocessor are turned off by cutting off an operating power source supplying to the peripheral circuit device(s70). |
