The invention concerns a reinforcing yarn for concrete mixtures and cement mortars. Said yarn has a high molecular weight polyethylene fibre phase and a high tenacity polyvinyl alcohol fibre phase. The invention is useful for concrete and mortar slabs, fibre-filled or not, designed, for instance for roofs of buildings. |
