The unit (100) has an outer wall (111) forming a positively curved surface and surrounding an inner chamber. The unit is made of a foam construction material (19). At least one opening (11-13) is formed in the wall. Preferably, the unit is formed as a hemisphere, or hemi-ovoid shape with a floor plate (10) of foamed or another material securely fitted to the wall at the equator part of the shape.
