The circuit breaker has a main moulded plastics case divided into a lower case (1a), an upper cover (1b), and a middle case (1c). Pocket-like receptacles (1c-3) are formed on the upper surface of the middle case, into which the ends of the phase-dividing walls (1b-1) of the upper cover are inserted when the case is assembled. Grooves (1c-3) are formed in the lower surface of the middle case for engaging with the upper edges of the phase-dividing walls (1a-1) of the lower case.
