The invention concerns a liquid transfer device (1) comprising: a tubular top (2) provided with an external threading (21), designed to be screwed sealed into a container discharge outlet, and having a bore (20), in particular a central bore; a hollow valve (10), designed to close the bore (20) of said top (2), said valve being provided with peripheral ports (14) enabling mutual communication between the hollow valve outside and inside, said valve being further provided with a sealing joint (13) sealing the top, the valve being mobile in translation within the bore by the action of an adapter reversibly connectable to said top, said valve being subjected to a return force to a lower position to maintain the top bore closed. The valve (10) is provided in the proximity of its upper end (12) with a peripheral groove (11), designed to receive a ring type joint (13), which is itself designed to co-operate with an inner wall (8) of the top bore (20) to cause the latter to be sealed when the valve is brought back by the effect of the return force to its lower position.
