<p>The casing for a lipstick (1) has a base (6) on which a rotary sleeve (4) is mounted. The sleeve has grooves to move a slide (5). The top of the sleeve has a snap-fit cap (3), which is retained against relative axial movement but allows rotation of the cap with respect to the sleeve around its longitudinal axis.
