PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shielded wire, capable of preventing signal leakage due to a clearance and a fine pin hole of a shield material forming the shielded wire and to the influence of the external noise. SOLUTION: A shielded wire 1 is formed by forming a thin film of a shield material 7 in the outside surface of an insulating material 6 for coating cores 5, performing the wiring of lead wires 3 in contact with the shield material 7, and covering them with a sheath 4 from the outside for integration. Since the shield material 7 is chemically formed and not by coating, clearances and pin holes are not formed in the shield material 7, and signal leakage from a lack part of the shield material 7 can be prevented surely.
