PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake-resistant long fixer and a connector metal-fitting, by which a change of the layout or a replacement of furniture can be easily performed, because the holding location on the furniture side can be commonly set, and which has an advantage such as an earthquake-resistant reinforcement without being neglected even after the change of the layout. SOLUTION: The prevention of falling of furniture is performed by the connection to an earthquake-resistant long fixed, which is attached to a wall surface. An attaching location of the long fixer is determined, and an earthquake-resistant belt 4 is attached to the earthquake-resistant long fixer. Then, on the back surface of the furniture, which is placed in the space, a furniture-fixing fitting, the attaching location of which is made the same, is attached. By this constitution, even when a moving of the furniture or a change of the layout is performed, the furniture can be easily fixed to the long fixer, and an earthquake- resistant reinforcement can be obtained without a corresponding construction on the spot. In addition, a furniture-reinforcement can be obtained by a normal sense, to the change of a space, which changes variously. Also, an effective utilization of the wall surface can be performed by using the earthquake-resistant belt 4, which is attached to the earthquake- resistant long fixer, and fixing various kinds of members, which contribute to the effective utilization of the wall surface, to the long fixer.
